Come the 2019 Q2 Benad Zandi is no longer listed among the owners of 5% or more.

So the questions are, when did he - an insider - acquire over 300M shares and at what price and when did he divest some or all of those shares and at what price?

Tidy deal. Make grand entrance with Colotraq, hold a LOT of shares and then, buh-bye, suckuhs.


Is that what is happening again? Someone(s) is/are accumulating prior to the grand reveal of the next great “acquisition”* so that dupes can be found, shares sold to them, money made, and then buh-bye, suckuhs, again?

*We need a new word for Aluf “acquisitions” since AHIX either
a. restates filings and denies they ever acquired the asset (i.e. Core Wafer Systems)
b. Claim as “acquisitions” deals in a state of perpetual LOI-ness
c. “Unwind” the dealeo by contractual agreement (i.e., Colotraq)
