Yes, everything but free speech. The 1st Amendment will technically still exist, but made irrelevant by political correctness run amok. People are now destroyed for one slip of the tongue. You don't need an official dictatorship if you can get people to self-censor themselves.

Then, in this brave new world, let's get rid of the very concept of gender. Forget that male/female is the basis for biological systems and life itself. Nope, nature be damned, we want everyone the same. And we especially want those pesky aggressive male traits neutered out, with males put into a permanent state of pussified irrelevance. We must also keep the public perpetually divided and squabbling. No unity can be allowed since the public may figure out that they all share a common enemy (us).
And while we're at it, let's wipe everyone out on drugs and mindless entertainment. Stoned and stupid. We'll legalize every drug on the planet. And anyone who might be civic minded or have an idealistic bent, they will be given the official 'save the planet, green climate change' path to fully neutered irrelevance. This can also pass for the new spirituality, the new organizing principle for society - save the planet, which just happens to require a centralized power to manage it all (us again).
