Nothing wrong with that necessarily, insofar as it will likely lead to
trading on a higher exchange.

It should be pretty obvious to most investors that any company with that
guidance and that many shares outstanding is gonna be sluggish to move.

I wouldn't be shocked if they are dumping all the existing shares prior
to the RS just to raise the capital and use them up before the big
event.

Just speculating of course, but that seems to me like the most likely
way it's gonna go.

First few months production numbers should tell the tale.
