Here’s a timeline I put together on BaishanCloud’s history. The timeline isn't to scale like typical timelines and that's due to me attempting to include many events. After putting this together this timeline further solidifies my reasoning for taking a long position here (at least for myself it does). It also reveals a few things I do not think have been mentioned on the board and IMO reveals Baishan was setting up a structure similar to ChinaCache for their SSE IPO (unsuccessful). I also like to refer back to Mr. Huo’s vision when I look at the timeline…

So to me it becomes interesting starting in 2018 and from that time forward looks like solid movement towards expansion/IPO.
- Per BaishanCloud NA’s WA state filings, sometime between 24 Feb 2018 and 28 Feb 2019 a “transfer of stock, other financial interest change, or option agreement exercised resulted in a transfer of controlling interest” occurred.
- Coincidentally, Baishan Investment LLC was formed in Delaware on 29 March 2018.
- Baishan also received two rounds of series C funding in the first half of 2018.
- Mr. Wei An was appointed GM of the North American arm in September 2018.
- On 5 Mar 2019, Baishan Holding LLC was formed in the Caymans.
- BaishanCloud NA's parent Co, Guizhou BaishanCloud Tech. Co Ltd applied to the SSE as an IPO candidate ~May 2019.
- The SSE IPO was unsuccessful ~ Nov 2019.
- Eight months later in July 2020 ChinaCache receives final judgement from the Beijing Courts.
- Two months later the 6-K is released in Sep 2020 highlighting the proposal.

Again to me, laying these events on a timeline better captures and illustrates Co intent and further solidifies my opinion of a Co laying the groundwork for expansion and becoming a Pub Co. Regarding these other Baishan Cos from other states. I performed a business entity search in all 50 states, the Caymans, and the UK using the terms “Baishan” and “Bai Shan”. Results were as follows:
- Delaware – Baishan Investment LLC formed March 2018
- Wyoming – Bai Shan LLC formed March 2020
- Washington state – BaishanCloud NA (naturally)
- NJ – Baishan Inc formed in May 2007 (I consider irrelevant given the
incorporated date)
- NY – BaishanLin (2 results, both are the same lumber Co)
- NV, CA, and remaining states – no results
- Caymans – Baishan Holding LLC (only Co with Baishan in their name)
- UK – no results

Not a huge amount of results from the search but interesting results when put on a timeline. Plus given the lack of results further supports that these Cos are likely in the same organizational structure. Personally, I peg the Delaware and Cayman Cos as part of the BaishanCloud organizational structure. I can not verify as LLCs in Delaware are not required to provide annual reports, the Delaware Division of Corporations restated that and hinted that there were no additional documents that may help me. The Caymans are the Caymans, I’ve never known a way to acquire info that would reveal ownership/personal ties. The Wyoming Co is interesting as Wyoming is typically touted as a safe and secure state for business formation. I was unable to acquire any additional details on this Wyoming Co but I included on the timeline for now although I feel the main candidates are the DE and Cayman entities.

This write-up does contain opinions of mine and they are just that, my opinions.
