IMO the CEO has a strategy to basically not care about the SP. You could tell from the last CC when he started listing all the companies with low SPs.. given his share count he would make a significant amount of $$ selling out at the current SP. he really doesn't care about the common share holder. the stock will continue to drift which is ok with him. if he gets a buyer to come in at .05 or even lower, he's significantly rewarded. the lower it goes the lower a threshold of an acceptable purchase price will be. again the guy is as unethical as there is
