Apparently, the inventors, William Kennedy and Kenneth Westerlage went through a ton of name changes for the holding company...They last changed it to IRON OAKS TECHNOLOGIES LLC but what I didn't know was that they are in court with a bunch of billion-dollar companies because of all the patent infringement on their tech. I think I even saw a public court docket with them VS Microsoft somewhere..lol

They own the jewel of telecommunication patents INDEED and to think people try to pass that hogwash on the HUB about Remote Dynamics selling off all their assets for a measly chicken scratch $500,000. That's so damn laughable.

BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.

Well, we know the shares were tied to RMTD ticker and Verizon owns that trademark name which they're not giving up. I'm willing to bet the inventors own a nice portion of those RMTD shares. They really like owning stuff. hehe
