Cannadips makes pouches already, CBD across the US and Europe and THC in California only. They were using a different tech until Brian Quigley got them involved with Lexaria. Now they're using Lexaria for CBD pouches in the US but not yet in Europe. Cannadips is planning on using Lexaria for the THC pouches in Cali soon and as far as I know there are provisions in the contract Lexaria has with Cannadips to eventually use DehydraTECH in Europe as well.
Currently CBD cannot legally be put in food products in the US. Pouches are not food. You spit them out. Also, THC cannot be made into a product in one state and then sold across state borders. Cannadips operates out of Humboldt, California.
Perhaps we will see some other products come out of the Cannadips facility besides pouches. I think they should put nicotine in the pouches.
