I'm not going to debate how much this is worth. We will see soon enough but its worth more than IPO of 75m and worth more than what they tried to IPO for in 2007 (225m).

In 2007 all they had was a hip implant years away from hitting market...that still hasnt hit market.
2015 all evidence points to them signing a R&D agreement with Biomet, or really, Zimmer as the merger was all but complete by mid May 2015.
