Assuming the full $35 mil ATM is used at ~$1, total OS would increase +35 mil to about 150 mil, @$20 that BO is only $3Billion. After seeing the IMMU deal for $21 billion for breast cancer drug Trodelvy, I’d be shocked if it wasn’t more. No?

5-7 billion ($33-45/share) to me still seems low but slightly more reasonable.
