Before these announcements, there was 80, 663,000 O\S and capitalisation ($2,63/share) was $ c212,000,000

I wonder how the market (very short term) will react to this 'dilution'.

In any case, the company already had no debt and cash on hand and now will have a lot more cash for marketing, distribution and financing of an inventory.

I personally believe that the company will move fast from here on and look forward to see the financials at the end of 4th quarter.

Till then, I just hope the company will clarify its manufacturing plans.
