TA's don't do work for free !

Who knows what CEO has or hasn't been doing with company shares, debts etc

DELINQUENT on 2019 YE, Q1,Q2 and soon Q3

I stated this ages ago when he first missed financials being filed and my bet now is OTC and Finra are at his throat for all his "invalidated" posted financials claims...misleading investors.

DISCREPENCIES in YE with Stippick is main issue...what else can it be..he didnt take all the liabilities as Mazurek claimed !

Well fact no money to pay for lawyer or accountants i guess contributes to being dark/defunct?
