I actually think there is a decent shot at reinstatement. He has some real companies that he can attach to the shell for the audit. I doubt that is something many of these revoked tickers have had. There also seems to be some motivation to get this reverse merger done. I'm confused by the motivation, but it's there. That being said, I don't know what your shares will be worth once reinstated. I don't see them being worth a lot. A non zero value though.
