Most of that day's trading was by day traders multiple times over. I expect a lot of guys who played on the deal threw in the towel and bailed to create all the volume. The actual float is only 8.5M shares. Insiders have their stock locked. In addition, CEO bot last week according to the filing today.
You can't sell shares into the market to fund operations...that is done on a financing which was just completed.
Problem is confidence. No one believes until they cement a deal in the US. Then I expect the market to reward.
