Per filing this morning look like Sheppard is all ready to begin dumping shares so he can pay back himself for all those “loans” to the company...

What a business to be in... cut and paste prs from the past, change up a bit of the wording then issue. Then get to his prime business plan which is to sell shares then reverse split...

Got to give Sheppard kudos for one thing though, he is very good at finding new believers!!!

Current group about to get Sheppard’ed.
