Heat Exchanger PR was not "fluff"

And if it was a pump, the pump didn't work that well, the stock remains below the lows from the March crash. And they didn't even do a stock halt!

Why was the Heat Exchanger PR not fluff? Because it announced the first connection and they expect 1,000 within 4 months basically, by year end, and revenue equal to 10,000 connected buildings. That is material and near-term business, and at existing customers. That's not fluff.

They took the kanepi tech and sold it to AutoPro clients. That is real business. Don't forget the kanepi incentive targets to trigger an incentive payment to the sellers- $10m AUD in revenue in the first 12 months after closing or $14m AUD in the first 24 months. Compare that to the $2.4m CAD they said would be added to ARR by the deal. That is a steep ramp for the sellers to hit those payments.

And don't forget nybl adding $14m ARR in 18 months. That's a big deal that people barely noticed. They are not pumping.

Mcloud also has covid stuff, but they posted on their blog instead of a PR so nobody saw it.
AssetCare continuously measures, monitors and controls HVAC systems to ensure indoor air quality standards are being met. Leveraging data from onsite humidity and air quality sensors, AssetCare remotely optimizes ventilation and building airflow in real time via smart thermostats.
mCloud has also partnered with SecureAire, providers of advanced air filtration systems hospitals and semiconductor manufacturing “clean rooms,” to provide optimum protection from pathogens such as COVID-19.

Kontrol, on the other hand, is putting out multiple PRs about a product with no existing customers, halting the stock multiple times, and projecting $2.9 BILLION in annual revenue from this product that no one has bought. That is fluff. But at least they stopped at $2.9 Billion, that was modest. They could have projected $10 Billion in revenue.
