It seems like this board and current state of 5 or 6 years of silence from the company HSA come down to Top Penny vs Cotton. Not sure which side is true and who to believe. Both seem convinced are their view.
The company still exists, as I called today the businesses that are next to MMTC. They all said it is still there, but no one ever seems to be there.
Anthony Frank owns 45 person of the company. Former Postmaster General. Not a dumb guy.
No insider has sold. That is a fact. But....when and if will this ever be active again.
