There is negligible* probability that fuel cell portion of the business work so NKLA is just a E-truck company with products coming out at least one year later than everybody else. What is the upside case for NKLA if their E-trucks sell? Unknowable probability at this stage. *If Toyota can't get off the ground with their fuel cell effort, what's the case for anybody else trying?
