It depends, I have seen as soon as a little over a year delinquency and in some cases 10 years. Since BVTK has already been suspended (revocation proceedings usually start with a suspension), it might be sooner rather than later...but who knows.

But when it happens, it will start with an administrative proceeding to give the company time to respond. It won’t change the result, but there will be warning.
