My thinking is funding was discussed as part of the stages in process. Kiln is there now step 2 and imo moving forward plans/processes are in place as proactively as possible. Why I say this is University imo doesn't give 1.3m without plans in place for next steps in process. The funding topic was most likely part of the process and discussed prior to the university 1.3m commitment 2 yrs ago. Just my thoughts ask yourself would you give that kind of cash based on no plans/commitment re next steps? Eves must have mapped out the plan with maybe others attending sharing ideas thoughts or commitments if this happens then that happens. Bottomline I think the only big hurdle was the kiln and its purpose is not made for the scrapyard. Lets see what happens I could be wrong but this is what my business sense tells me.
