So far they are restricted and some binding Terms are in place, according to the related filing so they can't be just dumped in any legal way...

Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company issued 60,000,000 restricted common shares of stock of the Company to the Seller. The obligations of the parties to complete the acquisition is subject to the fulfillment (or, in some cases waiver) of due diligence and certain closing conditions.

Unlickily we don't have all related Terms in case of no success etc...

Time will tell.
