Evidently you don't dispute a single thing I said.
It's ludicrous to think that two tiny, insignificant companies invented a scheme to sue someone like Kevin Harrington, who can rain down upon the plaintiffs with a torrent of legal filings and as many high-powered attorneys as necessary, crushing them into bankruptcy.
Even if there's settlement, that doesn't mean the plaintiffs didn't have a case. On the contrary, it proves there IS a valid claim of fraud against the defendants, and they're willing to pay to make the case go away (which I've called for since the beginning) because if the case goes to trial they'll likely be found guilty and have a judgment entered in the public record.
