How did Ms. Smith scam investors out? The stock has never gone up for him to "pump & dump".

If anything, he had the filings (up until that time) all taken care of.

Sometimes businesses don't pan out the way one envisioned. That doesn't mean its a "pump & dump" scheme.

I still own all my shares. Not worried.
