Here’s the story as I know it. Back in 2017 International Venture Society petitioned and was granted custodianship of ICRD. The process took about 2 months. Shortly after being granted custodian, IVS filed to be discharged custodian with the courts, citing overwhelming debt and contractual obligations made by past management. So I emailed Ben and asked him if he was aware of this and if so during his DD prior to filing his petition if he came to the conclusion that at this point statute of limitations has run its course on these matters. His response was yes on both. That sums up what I know.
