Where are they getting this $1 million to buy testing equipment?

The entire Market Cap Market of BLDV is only $1,615,676.

As of June 30 they had $15k in cash, $263k in receivables and ZERO revenues.

The words "testing" and "lab" don't even appear in Q2. If this stuff is taking place outside of BLDV then why use it to promote with?
