David Lazar SPAC play with interesting material events coming up, possibly including share cancellations/reductions from SS. About 1.5 billion after all other shares owned by Mario Pino and his proxies are canceled (all companies don't exist anymore and Mario died. Lazar dropped the custodianship in June after his death and has been involved with taking XMET from no bid early 2020.

Should take a few months to get all 8k's in and other forms but I am hoping it happens in weeks.

IMO the RM (and theoretically the largest wave) should happen sometime around early Q2 2021.

The added material event of canceling those shares (or restricted them from the float as part of the controlling block for RM) will give XMET in my opinion another wave up or greater momentum.
