Yes...and take a look at their market caps ;) They don't have to compete with them...but could be integrated into them if some of these paid pilot programs are successful. Down the road you don't want to have to separately present this score on top of those other bureaus ratings..that can still trigger some negative connotations...you will want them just quietly integrated into the process. This is an interesting play for sure especially in this current climate.
