Gladly, but I won't need any good luck. I think you've actually done a good job of explaining part of my point already ....

"share price is the only thing that matters about any stock"

"Buyers vs. Sellers and what a company does with their stock is all that matters. period"

All of these things can't be true at the same time.

Going to your original quote, about share price being the ONLY thing that matters about ANY stock, we can see that's ignorant with a minimal amount of scrutiny. Apple, Bidu, Beyond Meat, and IBM all have clearly different worths and outlooks, despite having similar share prices. EAXR and Go Pro are not roughly similar, despite trading in similar ranges.

When investing, it's important to realize not only where the stock is, but where it might be going, and to do that with any hope of sustained success requires looking at many variables, not just share price.
