Both WOFA and ICTV are in the Same OTC-tier --- "SEC-Delinquent" filers! So they are the peers though in different sectors. When the SEC/FINRA delete a "SEC-Delinquent" stock such as WOFA they do not care which sector it is in! Only the company management taking Quick action to file the Key Form 15-12G could save us from the possible share's Cancellation...
