Now that the big reverse split is announced, is one of the next things to be announced another amendment to the company to authorize the issuance of a very large number of new shares, some significant amount of which will then be paid, or otherwise issued, to the new insiders?

I am not complaining here, just see it for what it is. This is the common scenario in transactions that look like this.
