Validated: the reason for the insider sale!

All...on Friday I reached out to James Stewart on LinkedIn and introduced myself as a Pat1 investor who was worried about his inside sale…he came back to me that evening (which I was surprised by) and told me that he sold his stock due to a payment associated with his mortgage that was due…"I couldn't wait any longer" he said....I am not making this up and I thought the investing community should know this.

He added a disclaimer that this that his response was not investment advice…and that investment is risky.

Sorry, I wanted to post this sooner but I have been literally swamped by personal and professional obligations for the last four days.
