Minera Tres Valles Minera Tres Valles SpA (“MTV”) is a private copper producer that owns 100% of the operating Minera Tres Valles copper mining complex located nine kilometers from Salamanca in Region IV of Chile. The mining complex consists of two main deposits: Papomono (underground) and Don Gabriel (open pit). The complex has significant infrastructure in place, with a processing plant with normal capacity of 5,400 tonnes per day (tpd) of ore, comprising a copper leaching operation that has a four-stage crushing plant, agglomerator, heap leach pads and pools, and SX-EW plant with capacity to produce 18,500 tonnes of copper cathode per year. The mine was originally discovered, constructed and operated by Vale S.A., commencing commercial production in 2010.
