The situation you describe, with KBLB secretly having created armor for the DOD and not reporting the income is securities fraud. By signing on the quarterly reports that the financial statements are accurate and complete, Thompson would have committed a crime. In that case, he should expect legal action from shareholders in the form of lawsuits. He would lose.

But there has been no crime. Thompson could make his ‘secret dragonscale armor’ and sell that to the military. All he has to report on the financial statements are revenues and expenses.

While Lockheed was building and selling the blackbird spy plane, they didn’t publish details about the plane or its capabilities in their statements. Only the revenue and expenses. Money is not secret even when the things that money is paying for are.

You still haven’t offered any evidence in support of your claim about this super-secret armor made by KBLB. All you say is ‘It is a secret. National security.’

I’m pretty certain this is such a secret that neither Thompson nor the DOD have heard of it. Otherwise, someone is going to jail.
