Elio could have had something huge, but they messed around too long. Other companies will fill this space now.

A Chinese company is coming to Garland, Texas that will produce 2 models of electric vehicles. One compact and one a small SUV. Name of the company is Kandi. Right now they are hoping to start sales at the end of this year. Starting price for the compact model is 13,000.
