So 3 years ago International Venture Society LLC petitioned and was granted custodianship of ICRD within 2 months of filling their petition. Shortly after being granted custodian, they filed to be discharged as custodian. Citing overwhelming debt incurred by previous management and contractual obligations. Would it be reasonable to believe statute of limitations has run its course regarding those issues and perhaps this becomes less of a gamble? Thoughts?
