If the attorneys are talking that means they are trying to settle the case. Typically council would file performa orders within 7 business days. Unless they are in bed with each other on this “lawsuit” like some have speculated they maybe trying to settle

I would call the clerk to ask if pro forma was filed and if the court ruled
