Last I heard - earlier this month, Court directed Counselor Kwon to prepare order regarding fees/costs and get with Sawyer's counsel; if parties cannot agree on form and content, may submit competing orders. Counsel to provide the Court notice in case of competing order.

So I guess the attorneys have been going back and forth with each other, to see if they can come up with an agreed upon Order for Judge to sign. If both parties can't come to an agreement, then they will submit separate competing Orders for the Judge to review and ultimately decide upon.

That's my understanding of where we are at the moment.
