You are a dummy who can't read a financial statement. Sal did not cancel anything. Authorized shares are shares the company may issue at some time, they have nothing to do with anything until paid for and issued. Outstanding shares have not been reduced and there is no plan to just cancel shares. Any reverse split to get to a dollar does not change the value of your holdings, you just have less shares that are worth more.

This deal is dead. They have no sales, no operations, no employees and no one with even half a brain. The world class extractor in Maine is even obsolete. You would be better burning any shares you have.
