Last Friday was the first day for WOFA to close below 0.0003 without manipulation! It seems that manipulator is out of cash now since over 1.5M shares ask at 0.0002 and no further taker! So we should see an Huge sell-off at 0.0001 as soon as tomorrow sine that is the only way for a seller to liquidate a WOFA position...
Anyway you can't say a public stock "worthless" except a soon-to-be-canceled stock or a "OTC Grey Sheet" stock (such as its "Prohibited Service Provider" peer EFLN)!
By the way just a couple of weeks later the current 52-week-high 0.0005 will drop to 0.0003! Then 100M ~ 200M shares will be dumped at 0.0001 until 0 (i.e. "No Bid at all") x 0.0001!
If that manipulator really wants to see WOFA go higher then he/she should Slap out all the current asking shares at 0.0003 ~ 0.0002 to force the ask to stay above 0.0003!
