Quick though... IMUN has essentially no drug at this point... just the 15% stake in Cytocom. They are basically a shell company.... a shell company with clean books. I wonder if the plan is for Cytocom to buy out IMUN and skip the listing process. They may have already acquired a grant and therefore could almost immediately uplist after a RS.

Anybody have any scoop?? Anybody have any ideas why this would happen??
