That's exactly what I thought reading the rules. Guess that doesn't apply to note holder or something? But, they most definitely sold more shares while be delinquent and stop sign.
To me that is what a scummy type company does.
BTW, I'm still holding my shares. Just nit adding more no matter the sp.
DROP THE FINS, RELEASE THE NEWS. Really not fair to us shareholders to not keep us informed. I would also still be speaking the same thing if it was at $1. Just would probably care a little less.
When it all comes down to it I just what to know what's going on, etc...I don't like being told go stand in the dark corner.
