I think that's an assumption on the author's part. I think all of us and probably the world would be shocked to no end if the egomaniac doesn't incorporate DKAM's Trump Vodka somehow into the show at some point. He's given several interviews concerning the vodka specifically talking about his success with other ventures used on the show that went on to immediate success so he all but said it was going to happen.
