kanepi deal must be CANCELLED

The day before kanepi was announced (June 23, 2020), this stock closed at $2.94. Yes, $1 higher than today!

The numbers have changed. Kanepi may have a nice tech but it's no longer the same deal now. Why pay a quarter of your market cap for kanepi at this point?

Instead cancel the deal (or agree to a 6 month delay) and use some of the $11m cash to buy back stock!

Buy back $5m in stock, 1/10 of market cap, and watch stock fly!
