I don't think USAT will qualify for the uplisting for a while, otherwise IMO Hudson would have already pulled that trigger.

Besides, they are making top changes in the finance dept, in the middle of preparing the year end financials, after the take over/proxy fight.

Let's assume their top priority is to not overlook the slightest thing; dotting every "i" and crossing every "t".

Regardless of the exchange it's on, USAT is definitely going to be one of the post-covid-19 plays once a vaccine comes out.

Normalcy will boost revenues by a lot.
