Improved point of view. Old shareholders taking over a new company makes no sense to me, and I don't get how anyone thought I meant that. New shareholders taking over an old idle company does make sense, and is not uncommon.

New shareholders with a new business model, new products, or eve an existing nicely profitable enterprise is good news to the floaters.
