Let's look at some quick figures here, assuming that the ± 19 million shares outstanding, minus 7.5 million that belong to McBride are evenly spread among ± 1300 shareholders:

11.5 million shares divided by 1,300 shareholders, times 7 = 62,000 shares = 0.005%, worth $31,000 at today's quote of 50 cents/share....

Will these 7 people be able to dictate the fate of SEVU and hold it to Ransom?.... I doubt it very much...

So, it would seem that each Attorney Firm has ONLY one Plaintiff, at most: what a pitiful situation, which I am sure won't be lost on the Judge!...
