Value of nybl deal alone

Ramps up to $15m in ARR. PD trades at 10x revenue with 25% growth. Let's just say mcloud trades at HALF of that at 5x on revenue on the nybl deal ALONE and that is $75m = $3.00/share.

The nybl deal by itself is worth $3/share.

Cash flow POSITIVE in Q4.
