IMO, today's hire might be part of Hudson's mental path towards NASDAQ, so it's still many months away.

Being certain all that all of the i's are dotted and t's crossed so there is no question of approval seems to be Hudson's goal.

One look at NASDAQ's listing requirements tells me that USAT still has some work to do beyond simply filling out the application.

I also think mgmt wants to see the company performing in the pos-Covid-19 environment.
