Yeah, I'm one of the few and probably the last remaining that ever actually talked to Dennis. That was in 2015 and he told me the that even his wife wanted him to shut this thing down. Shortly after that, it tanked and he stopped answering his phone even for his old TA. He said he held on to EFIR (sister stock) because it was his first in the sector and he had some kind of emotional attachment to it. No such sentiment for MNVN.
