"At a conference held yesterday counsel report that they are continuing to confer regarding the scope of the independent source hearing in this matter. Documents are continuing to be produced to defense counsel. Counsel report that the documents at issue number approximately 100 documents, which will be grouped so as to facilitate decision as to groups of documents and not require separate ruling as to individual documents. Defense counsel requests an in-person hearing. Defense counsel also agrees to waiver of speedy trial sufficient to accommodate that in-person hearing. After hearing from all counsel, and upon consideration of the present circumstances and health concerns of witnesses, the public and the parties, the court hereby adjourns the in-person independent source hearing in this matter to October 14, 2020 at 10:00 AM."
