So what? FB is doing a thriving business. This company is in bankruptcy after trying for 3 years to get funding for an approved FDA trial. And if the plan is confirmed, it'll be a company with 3B shares outstanding that still doesn't have the funding for their trial.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
